The receptionist was pleasant and checked us in at 9 am for my mothers appointment at 915...2hours later after being told that Dr Scott often ran late because of his hardness to work we decided to leave...yes very upset. The receptionist promised it would be just a few more moments which it was but not before discovering there was another patient that had the same appointment time as my mothers....really? Who does that. Apparently his office manager dee rydel . We were shown back to another small room where a resident came in and then left us. After 15 minutes we left. Apparently this Dr and .his office have no idea how important other peoples time is.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their state-of-the-art facility offers some of the latest equipment in orthopedic surgery I have ever seen. It was such a relief to know they had such an outstanding and impressive facility. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
