To make a long story short:

1) Peter Wile: Friendly, offers professional care, office setting is O.K. (not great...not bad).

2) Billing: Absolutely horrible experience. Before making the appointment, I called them to make sure that they accepted my insurance. They said yes and then we made an appointment. AFTER services were rendered they then came into the office, stated that they didn't take my insurance and said that I needed to pay the bill in full. After negotiating, they stated that because of their mistake (which they alluded to), they said that we could settle up in the office for 30% of the original total. The billing manager made this offer and I agreed. They then sent me a bill 1 month later for the appointment that was much greater than the 30%. They wouldn't take care of the overage, although the manager agreed to in our initial meeting.

It is a longer story that I won't get into, but they made a mistake, agreed to fix it and then didn't once I left the office. I wouldn't recommend them for this reason.
