They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. the customer's always right The doctor was friendly enough during our appointment. I wasn't too impressed with their manner especially Monique who answers the phones. She is rude and condescending and I was flabbergasted as to how she spoke to me over the phone when I asked when would I be able to get an answer on my medical records. Her answer was when she gets around to it!!!! Unbelievable!!! Then, she proceeded to say after I told her I was flabbergasted at her response, "sorry I do not have the time to explain all the mechanisms in the office." This is the reason I left after two visits in 2007. The staff is so unfriendly and the doctor has no sense of time management.

They ALWAYS run behind schedule by at least 30 minutes, you'll wait in the lobby for 20 then in the back room for another 20. The staff is millitant about rx refills which is a pain if you're diabetic and can't miss a day so plan ahead and know they ONLY accept faxed requests, don't bother calling and don't bother having your pharmacy call FAX FAX FAX in advance. The doctor seemed ok initially but changed her answers on future visits so I didn't feel good, felt like she was changing her tune so she could run in-office tests for more $$. Scared the shit out of me telling me I had cancer only to tell me "oops I was wrong" after I cried my eyes out for a week. I though she was going to be great but soon changed my tune. I'm in healthcare so I KNOW the good docs from the bad
