They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. My appt was with Mrs. Richards and I really like her. Sometimes the front office is very receptive and other times quite cool. There is a religious feel to the office which i personally feel is unnecessary.
