They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
