Dr Larry Bans is one of the most caring, compasionate doctor. You will not be dissapointed, you can tell the firts moment we spoke with him we knew we could trust him. He takes the time to listen and understand all your concerns. During surgery he took the time to call us the family members to let us know that the prostate was removed and everything look good. This tells you the kind of Doctor he is.It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Thank you Dr. Bans, Bob, Isabel you were all fantastic!!
