This provider was rude, condescending, AND covered my child's nose and mouth with his hand because he thought it was cute to "push her nose to make the chair go up" She's 3, but doesn't do silly things like that. She is mature and just wants to get the visit done. She made it abundantly clear to him that she did not want him touching her nose... she said no, stop, mommy help me, pushed his hand away, turned her face the other way, I TOLD HIM stop and he ended up holding his hand over her mouth and nose while he pushed the chair up. I was ready to punch him in the face I was so pissed. Instead, because her ears had been hurting, I picked her up, held her and told him stop, just look at her ears so we can be done. He averted our concerns. He told me because she has tubes she'll never have pain with infections, it'll just drain. We saw him because she has a history of her tubes getting clogged and not draining properly. Her tube has almost completely pushed out now because her ear got so backed up and she is in a lot of pain. He said nothing's wrong, basically told me I was stupid for even coming in and sent us on our merry way.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started right at the scheduled time. I appreciated the fact that Dr. E was able look at my area of concern, diagnose my condition and alleviate my anxiety immediately. I felt better as soon as I left.
