Despite the satisfactory interactions with Dr Christine prior to surgery, I am dumbfounded by the aftermath.
As an example; During my first post-op visit Dr Christine displayed a greater concern for an expletive I uttered (not directed at him) than the pain he was inflicting at the time. He went as far as to imply I was a wimp and perhaps I should get another doctor to work with.
I found his lack of post operative instruction, complete apathy, condescending manner and "holier than thou" attitude appalling.
An infection has developed at the site. I wonder if the 24 days that pasted between the day of surgery and the first scheduled post-op visit contributed to the risk of this happening. To attempt to rectify this, I am being told they make have to repeat the procedure.
My hope is in sharing my experience will prevent others from having a similar one.
