They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.

Dr. Bunin is an excellent diagnostician and is an expert in eyelid problems, as well as dry eye and corneal problems. She has been treating my severe dry eye and eyelid problems for many years. She is caring and explains everything. She has made it possible for me to live a normal life with severe eye problems. I highly recommend her and her practice. The front desk is courteous, helpful and very kind. Many thanks to everyone in the office.
