I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule when I schedule well in advance. I always get the appointment time I want. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect, even when the staff isn't always friendly themselves. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
