They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I really appreciated the kindness of both the doctor and staff. I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The only downside is they do not take credit cards or debit cards so I have to always put in claims to get reimbursed from my medical spending account

I was a little surprised when I saw the quality of their equipment. It was fairly current, but it's time for an upgrade. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me. They usually take that extra step to make me feel special. I find my appointments here to be of value to me. I generally like the staff and they try to be friendly and treat me well. It would be nice if they took credit cards so I didn't have to send in a claim form to get reimbursed from my FSA account every time one of the kids has to go to the doctor.
