They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

Do not recommend. Poor office staff communication skills. A surly office manager. All of which reflect poorly on the physician in charge. A mother of three is harried enough without the time and expense wasted on an exam which was not what was described based on my VERY specific pre-appointment questioning of the staff. A simply post-appointment apology and acknowledgment of the obvious error would have been appreciated. Instead, doctor and staff manager obstinately refused to even agree a mistake had been made, despite pretty clear evidence to the contrary. Business must be slow. Just get the patient in the office. Say anything. Bill the carrier. Then, deny, deny, deny.
