I hated the chairs they had in the waiting area. So cheap and plastic and uncomfortable! I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OLD UGLY ASSHOLE
