They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
