I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
