I have been disabled for many years due to a nerve injury and other conditions. Dr Blachman rudely asked me "well hows that going for you??" (meaning the disability). How unprofessional and rude! I responded by saying not good, I am in constant pain and take home a fraction of what I made when I was able to work. he then went out in the hall and I could hear him saying "these people on disability for ...I dont get it"
Then he comes in and wanted to talk with me socially about his upcoming vacation. I always have to wait for his appointments - sometimes more than 1 hour. He put words in my mouth and tried to say I was working when I have not been able to work at all in 14 years. I am not going back.

You won't find a better neurologist - Dr. Blachman is interested, smart and involves his patients in his process. He is informative, incredibly knowledgeable and experienced - just wonderful to work with. His office staff is great and efficient - and they answer their phones!!! Can you imagine that? And they work to get a convenient or urgent appointment, as needed.
