The staff here does their best to make you feel at home. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome. The first time I went there everyone was nice and the doctor took the time to answer my questions. My follow-up visit the doctor was impatient and kept leaving the room. I wanted him to look at my ct-scan and he flicked through them fast and gave them back to me without saying anything. When I talked he didn't listen or talked over me. This office is also not near me so I drove a far and was not happy. My appointment also took almost 3 hours. Looks like I will have to find another doctor to see. I don't know what's wrong with doctors now acting like you're wasting their time.

I took my elderly mother here for an ear problem. The doctor was condescending toward her and did not treat her with the respect she was due. I found him unhelpful with our questions concerning a recent ear infection that damaged her hearing. He did not listen to our questions and became impatient with us when we tried to get answers, at one point even needing to leave the room to compose himself. We will not be returning.
