They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They make an extra effort . Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
He really cared about my problem with my veins and I never felt rushed. I have recommended Dr. Happel to both my friends and family. I was very happy with my experience and the results at his office and wrote a thank you note to the doctor and his staff to show my appreciation for their efforts which were extraordinary. I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Happel who truly care. He spent so much time with me discussing my problem and answered all my questions and has a soothing gentle voice. Great experience and great results. Highly recommended.
