It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
