Recent Reviews
Dr. Winters was gruff, condescending, and rude. The appointment felt like an interrogation. He would ask me a question, then interrupt my answer to give me a lecture. He refused to listen and dismissed any of my input. He then charged me over $400 for a brief consult...twice the amount that his staff had quoted when I made the appointment. Don't waste your time and see a different doctor.
