This doctor's office is HORRIBLE!!! Dr. Demondesert is extremely nice, and seems to be a good doctor. BUT- his staff is the complete opposite. I have called and left messages with questions, and it takes them over a week to call me back. I have spoke with supervisors and can't even get them to call me back. At this point, I'm trying to contact administration. As a patient, I have a right to ask my physician questions and to receive my records within a timely manner- but this office doesn't see it that way.
