The staff isnt really pleasant at all. They definitely dont go above and beyond for the patients. They only do the bare minimum. Its hard to get an appt and there's def a long wait when u get there. Most of the time you call, you can never get through even during business hours.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
