I have no real opinion of the doctors at this office, but I can tell you that I am not impressed with the office staff. I arrived for an appointment made almost two months prior, only to be informed that the "doctor" was on vacation. I asked why no one had informed me about this earlier, and I was told that they tried calling once, but didn't get any answer. I'm not certain why they didn't try any of the other phone numbers I provided them (Office, personal cell, emergency contact...) maybe it took too much effort. When I expressed my disappointment with the situation - I took time off from work to keep this appointment - receptionist Kathy J. said "It's not my problem."Doctors, you might do well to examine the level for customer service your front line provides, or you might lose more than this one patient. Know this, I will be informing every doctor I come in contact with that is affiliated with Delnor / Cadence Health of my less-than-impressive experience.
