I am wondering why all the good reviews are anonymous and the bad reviews are showing their name. I went to this dentist in the past and I don't recall having any complaints. Men just get the job done. We all want gentle service but dental work is pretty painful. There's no getting around that. I don't care how gentle they are, dental work is just uncomfortable no matter where you go. It does help if they talk to you and let u know it's gonna be alright. But dental work is uncomfortable. I am looking to go back to them. I don't think I owe any balances. I hope not.. I called the number at the 4103233900 and the voicemail does sound a little cold so I'll see when I make an appt. People say all they want is money well they're not going to do it for free. Really people. I'm giving 3 stars because I haven't been in awhile.

Dr John Mitcherling is one of the most professional dentist that I have ever seen. He was patient, answered my questions and I left feeling better than when I went in, even though it was a complicated extraction, requiring drilling, etc.

My only complaint is the fact that I had 2 appointments canceled by his office at the last minute. Both were scheduled on his surgery days (which I had not knowledge of). Living in a different town made rescheduling difficult, as I use volunteer drivers to take me there and I have to schedule my rides far enough in advance for them to find a driver that will go that distance.

Once I was able to let the office know my problem with transportation, they have been able to change my dates for appointments.

Overall, I can say nothing but kudos to Dr. John Mitcherling and his staff. He is careful, patient, explains what he is doing and why. There is so much difference in visiting an oral surgeon, like Dr. John Mitcherling and a regular dentist. He is tops in my book.
