It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. One thing I know for sure is that they will never get a recommendation from me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. The customer service was terrrible. I had a long wait to see the Dr. The doctor was rude. I did not see a medical license on the wall in the office. I am not sure if he had one or not to practice. Don't trust this doctor.
