I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. It was great that I didn't have to reschedule the rest of the day for my appointment. I appreciated that they had made sure their patients had some good reading material while they were in the waiting room. They had a great magazine selection. They really make an effort to get to know their patients. They always address me by name and I'm able to pick up right where I left off at every appointment. I really appreciated that they didn’t rush my appointment, and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
