Worst front office staff I've encountered in a long time. If you can get past the eye rolling and audible sighing, Dr. Knowles is the complete opposite of the bad attitude ladies that work up front. It was like night and day the difference in attitude and professionalism once you enter the exam area and interact with his actual medical staff members. I personally witnessed the two ladies up front exhibit such a lack of compassion and unprofessionalism that it makes me consider if I'll continue to go there for my care. That's a shame considering how competent and personable I feel Dr. Knowles is. The only reason I'm giving a one star rating is due to the front office staff.
