After waiting over two hours, I got about six minutes with the doctor. This guy was more interested in my tattoos than my kidneys. I don't think he has ever has the pleasure of a kidney stone, small or otherwise. He wasn't interested in explaining anything. I would have truly appreciated it if he had taken the time to do a proper exam, and taken a few minutes to explain the images from my CT scan to me. But like I said, he wasn't interested. I guess because my stones are small enough to pass, he can't make money off of me? The pain and vomiting have been no joke, and this guy had no interest in helping me. He just kept saying, " it's not my ball." I thought I was at a docotr's appointment, not a sporting event. I will never return here.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
