They were a little too argumentative. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. When they started giving me biased advice, it made me not trust them even more. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members.
