Well here we are again, back to the foot doc, as always a pleasure
Staff is nice even when I ask a lot of question office is clean and fresh.
Dr. Hoder what can I say I sEe 3 different doctors he is the only doctor who spends more time with me than his staff, Other Dr`s I visit I might as well be there to see the staff.

Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. Getting a convenient appointment at this office was time consuming but they worked it out. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. This is a very competent provider.

I had previously been referred to this Podiatrist and had an EXCELLENT experience the few times I visited. The manager Juliette and staff Desiree and Rosie were all so friendly and professional! They really handled my visit well. The manager and staff completely changed and boy, did I feel the difference. The new manager was very cold, even to the staff. The new staff seemed clueless and to be quite honest, the Doctor seemed a little out of it himself.

I know with every business, comes change but the changes that happened in this office made me never want to go back.
