FIND SOMEONE ELSE. GO TO A MEDICAL DOCTOR, INTERNAL MEDICINE SPECIALIST, OR AN ORTHOPEDIST. FAIR WARNING.

I am diabetic and visited this practitioner on three occasions in one month. He grossly misdiagnosed a serious, well developed diabetic foot problem, saying during each visit that it was a simple 'overuse injury' and would take months to resolve, even though I was only an everyday ambulator; not a runner. He was more interested in my shoes and custom inserts than my visibly problematic foot. He neither took x-rays, ordered lab tests, nor performed any type of vascular blood flow test. As a result, I languished for almost a year by following his advice to 'just take it easy for several months'. Another physician found the actual underlying cause, unrelated to overuse, and began intensive treatment. Since seeing Hayes, I tell everyone I meet about my horrible story and have now heard many similar anecdotes about his seeming lack of skill and competence, regardless of ease of appointments, office cleanliness, and support personnel.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
