There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I rarely get to express my opinions when I'm with this provider. They always seem rushed to get done with the appointment. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Their equipment was decent, nothing special though. It would be nice if they would update their equipment a little more.
Also, Dr Vanfossen seems arrogant and annoyed by simple questions I asked him. This made me feel like I could not be open about my problem to him. I will not seek treatment from him in the future nor recommend him to friends.
