They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the personal attention I receive. I have suffered with a foot problem and it was Dr Nelson that finally diagnosed my problems with my foot. I find Dr. Nelson to be exactly what I look for in a doctor, He is warm and caring, spends good amounts of time with me each visit and he listens! I have recommended 3 family members to see him and I wouldn't send my family to just anyone. Keep up the good work Dr. Nelson!

I felt very rushed. Dr. Nelson barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. He didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. It was very clear that he didn't take pride in his office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Office smells of cigarette smoke and when we arrived it seemed that he was talking to a gambling buddy. He was unfriendly, rude, and as cold as ice. I was ready to beat feet out of there (no pun intended). Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like he was annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand He is busy, but he should really treat his clients better.
