I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Grossman. First of all I LOVE that he didn't want to jump right in to surgery. I started with Physical Therapy and orthotics (they did take a little bit to get used to but within a few weeks, I was MUCH better!) I still needed to have surgery but the PT and orthotics made my pain MUCH more tolerable, allowed me to compete in several marathons and then schedule the surgery at the end of the year which was much more convenient for me. I am now 100% better and would not have done it any other way----soooooo glad I started out with conservative options first. Also I must add that before I met Dr. Grossman, another doctor wanted to jump in and do another-more aggressive surgery---considering I am now 100% I am REALLY glad I went slow and followed his advice. Im back to running my marathons and have the best times Iv'e ever had! Now I did have to wait a few weeks to get in as a new patient, but once I did get in, follow visits were never a problem. He was definitely worth the wait!
