I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

Felt like I was just another number, and he just wanted to collect the payment from my insurance and move on. Had no interest in listening to me at all.
