Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I would never recommend this podiatrist to anyone. My experience was awful. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I had taken my son to the doctor, the place was full of patients. when it was my son's turn, the Doctor just entered the room for 1 minute and asked me what was the reason for the visit. He told a student to do the plaster to make my son's foot insole. The student did not know what she was doing. First, she put the plaster on my son's foot without putting a sock and the plaster irritated my son's skin. I then she had to remove the cast and do it again. When I went to pick the insoles I notice that it came out wrong. It was too wide. Then the doctor told me to come back another day. He said that he was going to do it himself when I come back. But when I came back again he asked the server student to do it.
