I was really glad that I was able to meet and talk to the surgeon that would be performing my procedure, before my actual procedure. I felt a lot more comfortable going into surgery, knowing who the surgeon was and what they were like. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The surgery was performed and the Dr did extra surgery that he had not consent to perform. He used a medical device improperly and that caused a chronic infection and multiple corrective surgeries resulted in loss of function and disfigurement. Do not use him. This Dr. is incompetent.

No, they didn't pressure me

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
