Dr Kaplan is a one in a million physician who LISTENS. That first appt will not be the typical "Dr. looks at his watch and talks fast" while you desperately try to remember what to say and ask. He just LISTENS which is so rare. Then he gives an utterly thorough assessment, and provides diagnosis. He is a genius both at diagnostics and at being a compassionate doctor. Don't ever give up on Dr. Kaplan. I have seen many doctors and he outshines them all.
