They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Dr Shaw is kind, considerate and respectful of my daughter. She has seen Dr Shaw since she was a newborn and is now 14y/o. I particularly like the way Dr Shaw is addressing her questions and comments to her.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
