Unprofessional and disrespectful. After my initial appointment lasting 2 hours and 20 minutes most of which was spent waiting and “trying” to communicate over the phone with various staff, I cancelled the scheduled procedure. I would rather deal with pain a little longer than this office. Not only did staff talk bad about my previous doctor and my insurance company; they did not seem interested in listening to me, reviewing my history or my pain relief. I got the feeling they just wanted to bill my insurance for whatever they could. The only reason I was going here was my other doctor is no longer “in network” after this treatment I will pay the out of network cost if my insurance does not approve an out of network referral.

I cant even get an appointment!!! All referral forms have been sent, I have received my copies but they have not called me and the ONE "scheduler" doesn't answer her phone or return calls ! I have left two messages and have not been called back !
