I saw this doctor's partner at Kingsbrook Medical Center. Dr. Tau? He was awful enough--misdiagnosis, barely examined me, did not use proper equipment (I learnt all this after going to a REAL ENT). When I received the bill, I was charged for two days, but I only saw the doctor once for 15 minutes on ONE day. When I called to let them know, the most awful person I have ever encountered took my call. She was rude, didn't let me finish a sentence, accused me of not wanting to pay my bill, and told me "I could've charged you whatever I liked. I could've charged you $1000!" When I asked for her name, she HUNG UP ON ME.
NEVER go to this doctor or his partners. I've never seen anything like it.
