I find it reprehensible when I call a Neurologist to set up an appointment because of dizziness, severe headaches, & hand tremors & I am told he must review my prior Neurologist's notes from my previous residence in NY. I explained to the appointment nurse that my NY visit was for Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, nothing to do with this problem & was told rudely that the doctor has to review all charts before visits.Beware, you could possible die before you get into this office. Never got to see doctor & now making another appointment.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
