Ive been a patient of Dr. Dhaduks for approx. 15+years. the biggest complaint i have is at times the waits are very extensive , well past my appointed time. his staff seems to have a frequent turnover rate, but the woman who checks you out to take payment for co-pay and give a future appointment, is very pleasant, and professional. as far Dr. Dhaduk himself, he is very professional, and allways addresses my issues, or answers questions.

This doctor flat out lied to me. He stated that he was not in his office after 5pm while on the phone with me from his office at 5:40pm. He also stated that during a procedure I would be sedated yet no sedation was possible and when questioned on it, he lied and stated that he never said I could be sedated.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag.
