I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. After a while into my appointment I just gave up on asking questions. For some reason nobody would give me the answers I was looking for, I guess I'm going to have to go somewhere else. The friendliest people were the secretaries. I am away at college and she kept forgetting to refill my prescriptions which is fine because she has many patients. I would give her two weeks notice and the day before I ran out I would get a call stating that they sent it to my Rite Aid. But the next day I would call to check, and it was never called in. They close every Friday which is never convenient, they never respond to messages even if they are urgent. I scheduled an appointment months in advance and days before it, I received a letter in the mail stating that they decided that they would not be in the office that day so I would have to call and reschedule. I was leaving for school soon, so I called right away and got a busy tone for a half hour straight. I then decided to switch Neurologists.

the NP here is an absolute disgrace - she made me feel like it was my fault i'm sick and not getting better despite my 100% compliance to their prescription. I see the PA here now, who actually has manners in person, but i have to leave literally 4-5 messages before i get a call back. the answering service is on all the time, it's rare i actually get through on the phone to someone who works there.
