Worst experience at a doctors office ever. Arrived at 3:15 for a 3:30 appointment. I wasn't seen until 7:45 PM. That's right, 4 hours and 15 minutes in the waiting room. And to top it off, the staff was rude. And that was not unique. All the other patients were annoyed and said it happens every time.

I was informed I had to pay 147 dollars upon completion of my visit. I was told by the doctors staff member this is my deductible which Medicare informed them to bill me when they checked their computer. I paid it as requested and left the office. 2 months later I was billed another 147 dollars for a visit to another doctor at a different location not affiliated with Dr. Haimovic. Being new to Medicare I called them. I was told I am responsible for payment of 147 dollars yearly which is the 2014 deductible fee but Dr. Haimovic had no right billing me upon completion of the visit. Medicare said they never told him to bill me via the computer check as I was told. They said I should call Dr. Haimovics office and request the 147 dollar payment back because they paid him the entire agreed amount which they are under contract to pay. I called the billing manager and spoke to Farah. She acknowledged they received full payment from Medicare and never sent back the money they should have never asked for. She said she would send it but when I received the mail from her all I received was a receipt that I paid the money but no check. I wonder how many patients they bill and then collect the money from the insurance. It is my opinion they are very unethical and not honest. I am still attempting to collect the money they owe me.
