They led me into the exam room pretty quickly and told me to undress and get in the paper gown. I did and then I sat there. For an hour. In a room with no ac in the high desert, in June.

Then Kasko entered and I have to say, this doctor is a total a-hole. Sorry, but it's true. There was no apology for my sitting there like that for so long, no introduction, just a brusque set of instructions. No questions, nothing. He doesn't know what he's talking about and he's rude when asked (a simple) question(s) he didn't know the answer to. I'm on HRT for severe symptoms and he barked at me "why are you on THAT? You're going to get breast cancer!" Total a-hole.
He went to osteopath school and the last time I looked, that wasn't med school.

In a final insult, he left my yearly exam in the middle "to go deliver a baby" and I was left there for another 30 minutes before anyone bothered to tell me he wasn't coming back.

I pay about $700 a month for my health insurance and sadly for me, what is available is Desert Oasis HMO, which has the worst gynecologists in southern california. I've been to three of the four of them and each one is worse. What is up with that? it's discouraging, the lousy level of woman-care.

If I could give this office negative reviews I would. I waited over 3 hours AFTER my appointment time, was left in a room for an hour without being explained what the hold up was and then send for my prenatal screening too early. How does a doctor send you for your screening too early when your chart is RIGHT THERE. I have no spent the better part of two months trying to get answers out of them only to have no one take any responsibility for my 'case' and blow me off telling me someone else would call me back.
I'd let a random person on the street give me prenatal advice before ever going back to this clinic and honestly I'd rather give birth in a crack den then ever set foot in this clinic or have to deal with this awful lazy irresponsible people ever again.
DO NOT GO HERE.
