Worst doctor you can get. She's so unprofessional and impatient. Her staffs, the nurses are so rude... So impolite. My entire experience was so bad. I request for a refund because she made an unprofessional mistake and she did not show any apology. I can't put my loved child in her hand. She told me and my mom to leave her office because she can't explain to us how she made such mistakes. During my first visit, she told me that my child's right brain is bigger than usual and it can cause mental problem. I was so shocked. She told me to go to this specialist and pay $300+ to do an ultra sound and the doctor there compare the result and said Dr. Zhou made an mistake, she measured the wrong spot and this is an unprofessional mistake. Doctor there asked me to let them have a copy of the result so they can keep it in file and also warn their other assistances and doctors about it. If any of you thinking about going there, I only have one thing for u, don't do it. You will spend so much more money you needed, and your experiences will not be happy.

I went to her for annual check including map smear. During checking, I only ask her three questions since she is asking me questions for checking purpose. Finally I have to pay the copay for the special office visit. I told my insurance, I came just for annual checking; I need not pay for the office visit copay. My insurance rep. called them to verify the situation. This Dr. is afraid to answer the call. Her assistant is very rude. I end up with never coming to this Dr. again as my insurance rep. suggested and recommend all not going to this Dr. Also later when I ask the result, they said it can't release due to privacy, I have to come back to sign some papers. Shame on her, she is not qualified as a doctor.
