I am a patient of Dr. Ancona. I have been to the office a many times and have always had a pleasant experience. I had to wait a little, but nothing more than other offices. I really didn't mind the wait at all because Dr. Ancona is such a wonderful doctor and really makes you feel like you're his only patient. You never feel rushed and always get your questions answered. What really compelled me to write this review is because I recently had an emergency and needed to come in to see him. As soon as I called the office the secretary was so understanding and extremely accommodating. They were able to squeeze me in. I barely had a wait, there were a couple of patients ahead of me. I knew that if I were to have gone to an emergency room I would've been there all day, but had a slight wait at Dr. Ancona's office. The staff was wonderful and they were so sympathetic.

I've been a patient of this doctor for just a couple of years. His staff is absolutely wonderful. I've seen them keep their cool with patients that I may have lost it on. They're always very helpful and will always squeeze you in for an appointment if you have an emergency. Even when there isn't an emergency they always have appointments available without a long wait. I recently had an emergency and they squeezed me in no problem. The wait was not long and I know had I gone to the emergency room I would've been there all day. The doctor is wonderful and never makes you feel rushed. He really makes you feel like you're his only patient and answers all your questions thoroughly and makes sure you understand what's going on. I would absolutely recommend this doctor to family and friends.
