They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.
