They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
